Refund & Return Policy
For any change of variation (e.g sizes, colors) of your order, please contact us at cs@petlington.com within 24 hours after your order is confirmed. As we will fulfil your order in 24 hours.
We aim to provide the best possible online shopping experience to all our pet lovers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer) within 15 days of the receipt of your order (receipt date is the delivery date on the designated shipping company's tracking site) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.

- All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded.
